At Pet Health Club Shop, we want your furry friend to look their best, so if your fashion selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, in original packaging, and free of any pet hair or dander to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is clean and folded.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
